UPDATE: Arrest made in capturing demise of 17-year-old in Birmingham

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – An 18-year-old has been charged in reference to a lethal capturing that occurred January 29.

Andre Marquet Carr, Jr. is in police custody at a hospital whereas he’s being handled for a gunshot wound.
